Overall, I find myself quite frustrated with many games that are out on the market today. You know, those excessively violent, sexist, racist, generally awful to people everywhere type of game. To counteract that, on the site we're going to celebrate the games that get it right, so to speak. I therefore present Kristy's Seal of Approval (as mentioned in Site Name Podcast Episode 4)!
Click the unicorn pug for a full list of games that have the Kristy Seal of Approval.
The Kristy Seal of Approval will denote games that exemplify the following criteria:
1) They're whimsical (holy shit, did I just see a seal riding on a unicorn?).
2) They appeal to a wide audience (me, myself and I, mostly).
3) They don't have excessive violence or exploitative content (sorry, Resident Evil 5!).
4) They don't pander to a specific group (so they can't be quantified as "girl games" – like Imagine: Babysitter! – or "games for dudebros")
5) They have to show a level of creativity, ingenuity and intelligence.
So keep your eye out for the unicorn pug, which will be popping up on the website!
